Where do I begin?! Louise Ellis and I worked at Scooters Coffee Corporate — and from the first moment we met, I was impressed by her knowledge, excitement for instructional design and her collaborative nature. We both shared a passion for the magic that can happen at the intersection of art and science, and the power it has to take communication and instruction to the next level. Louise is all about that! If she saw an opportunity to improve or elevate, she proactively reached out and we would brainstorm and problem-solve together. 

One project in particular that we worked on was Scooter’s branded backdrop designs for her green screen instructional videos. She clearly communicated her goals, the visual strategy for how the screens would be used and the format. She had a passion for sharing information and educating. Even though we worked for different areas of the business, I always felt like she was a teammate. Louise's academic background in instructional design and technology is complemented by her hands-on experience in adult learning, simulation design, UX and Ul design, and instructional design principles. Her ability to creatively apply these principles in crafting custom learning experiences not only enhances learner engagement but also drives positive business outcomes.
