Hello, I’m Louise.

Every day, I get to explore the exciting space where creativity, learning, technology, and business come together, creating a touch of magic.

My Approach to Learning Design

I design learning experiences that make sense—and make a difference.

At the heart of my work is a simple idea: learning should lead to real change. That means every course, module, or program I create is built to help people do something, not just know something. I don’t believe in learning for the sake of checking a box. I believe in learning that sticks, that supports growth, and that’s tailored to the people it’s meant to serve.

My approach blends research-backed methods with a deep respect for how adults actually learn. I start with listening. A strong needs assessment and thoughtful gap analysis are where I begin. From there, I design for clarity, for purpose, and for performance always grounded in adult learning theory, instructional design principles, and accessibility.

I use storytelling, multimedia, and interactive design to keep learners engaged and motivated. Humor, emotion, and good visuals? They go a long way. So does content that’s inclusive and culturally aware.

Whether I’m building a scalable eLearning path for thousands of learners or developing hands-on vocational training for neurodiverse adults, my goal is the same: make learning meaningful, actionable, and human.
